Terms of Service

The service

V3SU, a brand of HeySmile LLC ("V3SU", "we", "us"), provides a website, hosting, a Google-reviews funnel, local SEO and lead alerts for home-service contractors on a month-to-month subscription. Submitting the application form is a request for a consultation, not a binding contract.

Pricing & billing

The plan is a flat monthly fee with no setup fee and no long-term contract. If you subscribe during a promotional period, your monthly rate will not increase for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. You may end your subscription at any time; ending it stops future billing and is not retroactive.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your domain, content, reviews and customer data. If your subscription ever ends, we will provide a reasonable handoff of assets you own.

SMS messaging terms & compliance

Program. When you provide your mobile number and opt in, via a form with an SMS consent statement or the chat widget on our site, V3SU (HeySmile LLC) sends texts related to your inquiry and appointment: confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates and customer support.

Opt out & help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; we send one confirmation and then stop. To resume, opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact v3subusiness@gmail.com / +359 884 492 285 during business hours.

Rates, frequency & carriers. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies with your usage and appointment schedule. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and most regional carriers. You must be 18 or older to participate. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use & results

You agree to provide accurate business information and not to use the service unlawfully. Marketing results depend on many factors; while we work to get your phone ringing, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads or jobs unless stated in a written agreement.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, V3SU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
