Who we are

Information we collect

When you submit our application form we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and answers about your business (trade, team size, revenue range, marketing, and goals). If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email and chosen time. We also collect basic, privacy-friendly analytics (page views and funnel steps) without cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your inquiry, schedule and conduct your setup call, provide the services you request, and improve our offering. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in (by submitting a form with a clearly labeled SMS consent statement, or by messaging us through the chat widget on our site), you agree to receive texts from us about your inquiry and appointment, such as confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates and customer support. Message frequency varies with your activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out (we send one confirmation, then stop); reply HELP, email v3subusiness@gmail.com or call +359 884 492 285 for help. We keep timestamped opt-in/opt-out records and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. You must be 18 or older to participate. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and most regional carriers; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS consent records) is shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are shared only with the SMS aggregators/providers that deliver the messages you requested, and with subcontractors who support our service (e.g. customer support). All other data-sharing described in this policy excludes text-messaging opt-in data and consent.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us operate: Supabase (database/hosting), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Calendly (scheduling) and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. We retain submissions only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law.
